Arrivals are Wednesday, March 1 and departures are Sunday, March 5. Plan to be with us for the full stay so you don’t miss anything.
Yes — everyone books their own flight. We’ve marked [Flight ####] as the ideal flight from PHL to PUJ for everyone to take together. Traveling on the same flight makes airport pickups much easier (see below).
Punta Cana Resort & Club — a luxury gated community in the Dominican Republic, less than 10 minutes from the airport.
No! We’ve booked a villa that can accommodate everyone — 8 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms in total. Lodging is completely covered; the only thing you need to book is your flight.
Yes, you’ll need a valid passport to travel to Punta Cana. Passports can take 2–6 months to arrive, so please get one now if you don’t already have it. Send a photo of the ID page to caitlin.farley2@gmail.com by November 1st, 2027.
Transportation to and from the PUJ airport is included with our stay. This is exactly why everyone choosing the same flight is so helpful — we can collect the whole group at once.
You’ll have access to 3 golf carts to get around the resort, and any further trips will have transport arranged or a rental car available.
The local currency is the Dominican Peso. Many places accept U.S. dollars, but usually at a higher price — so we recommend getting pesos from your bank beforehand. If you don’t, credit cards are accepted just about everywhere we’ll be.
All meals, snacks, and drinks at the villa are covered for the whole trip, along with our group activities — like the welcome dinner at Cap Cana Marina and the beach day at Playa Blanca. The only things on you are personal purchases like souvenirs, shopping, or anything you grab on your own or in smaller groups.
Yes! Our villa chef will be shopping for us, so let us know your preferences in advance — a local dish you’d love to try, a daily must-have snack, or any dietary needs and allergies (so far we’ve got shellfish and kiwi). There will also be an opportunity to add things to the list once we arrive… within reason.
Think elegant beachy — flowy dresses, linen suits, and dressy sandals are perfect for the warm evenings. Check out the Schedule for each event’s attire.
Early March in Punta Cana is lovely — warm and sunny with highs in the low 80s°F and a gentle breeze. Pack sunscreen, a hat, and a light layer for breezy evenings.
